The Busy Girl Method
The Busy Girl Method is a self-guided online training programme for women who want simple, effective workouts that fit into a busy lifestyle.
Designed to remove the guesswork from your training, the Busy Girl Method provides a clear structure so you always know what to do when you walk into the gym or start your workout at home.
Whether your goal is building strength, improving fitness, or simply staying consistent while balancing a busy schedule, the Busy Girl Method gives you a realistic and flexible approach to training.
The Busy Girl Method Includes:
• 2 x 6 week training blocks
• Gym and at-home band workout options
• 3 structured workouts per week + 1 optional workout
• Access to The Unleash Collective App with exercise video demonstrations
• Workouts designed to take around 30 minutes
• Access to a members-only community for extra tips, support, and recipes
• Minimum 12 week commitment
